Apprentice Electrician

What you will be doing...

• Undertake a four-year apprenticeship consisting of on-the-job training, primarily on Day Shift Monday to Friday with a concluding period of Shift work to further develop core competencies
• Complete and maintain all reports and records required for SEMTA (Science, Engineering and Manufacturing Technologies Apprenticeship) awards scheme. 
• Liaise with the Electrical Engineer in the repair and maintenance of all equipment on dayshift to the highest standards.

What we need from you...

• For all apprenticeships we are looking for self motivated learners with excellent interpersonal skills.  
• You will also need the following 4 National 5 or equivalent qualifications at Grade C or above, or predicted including Maths, English and a Science and Technology based subjects.  
• Basic standard of IT skills.
