Starting salary £43,412

Your Tasks

  • Train in all aspects of the Maintenance Department and follow standard operating policies.
  • Maintain high levels of quality, safety and environmental awareness within the department. 
  • Provide full support to the Mechanical Supervisors and assist where required on plant.
  • Complete Mechanical SAP reports detailing daily tasks performed.
  • Ensure all safety precautions as detailed in the Health and Safety procedures are taken and that safety equipment is in good order and used at all times.

Our Requirements

  • SVQ Level 3 Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Reasonable standard of secondary education.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems
  • Health & Safety awareness.
  • Basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience in the operation of Fork Lift Trucks and Mobile Elevated Working Platforms.  Licences preferred, however training can be provided.
