What you’ll be doing
As a Production Summer Placement Student, you’ll support the team with a variety of important tasks that contribute to safe, efficient, and well-organised operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out key administrative tasks for the Production department accurately and on time.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to support departmental needs.
- Assisting with project work, contributing to improvements and departmental initiatives.
- Supporting the creation of reports, statistics, and documentation, helping the team make informed decisions.
- Ensuring safe working practices, reporting any hazards or incidents promptly.
- Following all Health & Safety procedures, ensuring safety equipment is used correctly and maintained to a high standard.
What we’re looking for
- A student currently studying an engineering, manufacturing, business, or related discipline.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confident working with data, documents, and administrative tasks.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn.
- Commitment to working safely at all times.
