Warehouse Operator
About the role
We’re looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Warehouse & Distribution team as Warehouse Shipping Specialists (WHM). This is a hands-on role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring our products are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently as they move through our operation.
No two days are the same, and you’ll receive full training and support to build your skills across all areas of the warehouse.

This is a double day shift role (06:00 - 14:00hrs and 14:00 - 22:00hrs on a weekly rotation). The starting salary for this role is £15.01 per hour.
What you’ll be doing
- Working as part of a supportive team to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations
- Checking loads against documentation to ensure accuracy and quality
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely (full training provided)
- Handling products carefully to avoid damage and maintain high standards
- Following health, safety, and quality procedures at all times
- Identifying and reporting hazards, issues, or discrepancies
- Communicating with supervisors to resolve operational challenges

- A team-focused approach and willingness to support others

- Ability to follow safety procedures and work responsibly
- Basic IT skills (e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Forklift Truck Licence (or willingness to train where possible)
- May have operated HGV or heavy mobile plant previously.
