£18.41 per hour

Your Tasks

  • Ensure that vehicles are driven safely whilst maintaining the condition of your vehicle when in use on the road. 
  • Make sure that collections and deliveries are made in good time.
  • Good awareness of general vehicle maintenance as you will be expected to work well independently and report defects accurately where necessary.
  • Adhere to any site rules as supplied by the customer, to be smart of appearance, courteous and helpful to customers being an ambassador for the Timberpak and Egger brands at all times.
  • Ensure that all safety precautions are taken, that any vehicle or equipment is in good working order, and that tasks are conducted in a safe working manner.

Our Requirements

  • Able to work between 15:00 to 00:30 hrs, Monday to Friday, with occasional day shift and holiday cover.
  • H.G.V. licence (class one) is essential, with a minimum of one years experience.
  • Recognised certificate holder for Loading Shovel desirable, however training can be provided.
  • Walking Floor experience an advantage, however training can be provided. 
  • Current Drivers CPC.
  • Attained a reasonable standard of secondary education.
  • Presentable, wearing full uniform and PPE (provided) which is to be worn at all times.
  • Health and Safety awareness.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
