Senior Controlling Specialist

Your tasks at this position:

• Active participation in medium and long-term forecasts preparation; active cooperation with all departments involved in the planning process, in the month-end closings process; continuous improving procedures, ensuring timeliness and continuous care for transparency of all costs
• Reporting and deviation analysis of month-end closings result and quarterly planning rounds results.
• Calculations and supervision of material costs and production process costs; ; active cooperation with production managers, technologists
• Continuous care of ERP system data quality and transparency;
• Take care of correctness production and sales processes settlement and deviation analysis preparation; active cooperation with production planning and sales back office department
• Analysis profitability variance production drivers : machine cycle times, headcounts, scrap rates, machine or labor hourly rates, material quantities or purchasing prices,
• Calculation and maintaining correct transfer prices in SAP ERP-System
• Support of various projects from finance side and preparation of business plans.
• Preparation of analyses, estimates and presentations for the needs of the Management Board and external entities

Your profile:

• Higher economic education (preferably with specialization in finance, controlling)
• Work experience in a similar position
• Interests in technical processes together with quick grasp and a high level of problem-solving skills.
• Competent use of Microsoft Excel in combination with high analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP (FI/CO) are beneficial
• Advanced level of English language
• Well-organized work habits and open-minded behavior
• Initiative, responsible person with hands-on mentality
• Interest in working in an international company
