The Maintenance Manager leads the maintenance department ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations as well as optimal spare parts management, while driving continuous improvement in safety, processes, plant availability, and overall performance, and strengthening the safety culture to prevent incidents and achieve a zero-accident goal.

Responsibilities:
- Overall leadership and development of maintenance teams, organization, and processes
- Plans, organizes, and executes maintenance activities and plant shutdowns
- Ensures technically correct repairs and modifications and proper documentation of equipment
- Guarantees plant availability and reliability, and drives continuous improvement of capacity (continuous improvement)
- Develops and optimizes maintenance strategies and spare parts management
- Budget planning, monitoring, and cost control for maintenance activities
- Ensures the continuous development of SAP PM and other digital tools
- Promotes skills development, training, and knowledge transfer within the team (including succession planning)
- Ensures compliance with legal requirements, environmental standards, and operational safety
- Implements and applies Lean Management principles and tools
- Coordinates with production, plant management, and other departments to optimize operations
- Optimizes plant energy usage and contributes to emergency management processes
- Plans and executes technical and investment projects
- Coordinates with other plants and internal/external stakeholders
- Ensures strategic management of power plant operations (where applicable)
- Supports continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
Requirements:

Technical diploma and/or degree in Engineering

At least 5/10 years of experience in maintenance within process industries

Strong leadership skills and experience in people management

Knowledge of Lean Management principles

Excellent command of the Italian language

Good command of the English language
What we offer:
- Annual Gross Remuneration: €70.000 - €85.000
