The PMM Specialist is responsible for managing and updating material codes and purchasing raw materials needed for Production.

City: Caorso (IT)   Contract Type: Full-time     Job-Code: 5584   Department: Materials Management and Logistics  

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management and updating of material codes within the system.
• Creation and management of bills of materials and work cycles for materials, ensuring that they are correctly configured for operational needs.
• Verification, monitoring and execution of warehouse movements to ensure the correct correspondence between physical and information flow.
• Management and recording of the materials entry into the warehouse, verifying correct documentation and compliance with orders.
• Collaboration with internal teams to manage material purchases between different company locations (intercompany).
• Periodic verification of warehouse stock, ensuring that it is correctly recorded and that any discrepancies are resolved promptly.
• Management of the inventory of assigned materials, ensuring that stock is correctly monitored and documented.

EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year's experience in the role
• Fluent English
• Autonomy and Precision
