HR Team Leader

One of the most important factors that enable us to grow continuously is our successful teamwork. We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as HR Team Leader in our EGGER Gebze Plant.

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Coordinating the recruitment team and reporting all process of recruitment (Blue & White Collar)
• Coordinating, monitoring and reporting of Training and Development processes,
• Monitoring of employer branding and communication activities with the team,
• Preparing of monthly reports and presentations,
• Ensuring coordination of the team under his/her responsibility and monitoring of their development,
• Participating in meetings with global teams on training and development issues and following up actions,
• Providing support to HR projects carried out domestically and internationally,
• Participating in internal and external audit processes on matters within his/her responsibility,

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in related fields,
• Minimum 7 years experience in a similar position,
• Experienced in team management,
• Excellent written and conversational skills in English,
• Good command of MS Office applications,
• Self-motivated and have business mind-set with strong analyze skills.
