IT Support Desk Specialist

We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as IT Support Desk Specialist in our EGGER Gebze Plant.

What do we expect from our new team member?

Supporting team in 1 & 2 level,

Executing IT support tickets via telephone, remote support and on-site in compliance with group guidelines and work regulations,

Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the IT hardware and software landscape,

Supporting local system changes and rollouts at the Gebze location,
-
Supporting IT systems (IT equipment and software) and proactive problem management.
What we are looking for?

Bachelor or associate degree from technical departments of universities with a focus on IT,
-
Experienced minimum 2 years in a similar role,
-
Having effective problem identification and solution skills,
-
Having excellent command of spoken and written English,
-
Being good team player who works flexibly and independently.
