Logistics Specialist/Senior Specialist

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree/Master's Degree in related departments in universities,

• Preferably 3 years of experience in similar position,

• Excellent command of spoken and written English (Interviews will be conducted in English),

• Having sense of detail and able take initiative and responsibility,

• Self-motivated and having a business mind-set and high energy,

• Result oriented,

• Good communication and team work skills.

Job Description

• Carrying out the approved shipments and organizing vehicles, wagons, containers,
• To prepare all the necessary documents for customs, transporters and customers,
• Checking, correcting and processing supplier invoices,
• Negotiating with contracted / prospective carriers to determine shipping prices,
• Ensuring that the invoice is correctly issued by making  the necessary corrections in SAP,
• Organizing import loads according to the relevant incoterms,
• Daily tracking of import loads until they arrive at our warehouse.
