Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as Marketing Specialist in our EGGER Gebze Plant.

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Take an active role in defining and implementing Roma brand strategies and activities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers and sales teams.
• Understand and respond to customer needs in terms of POS and branding.
• Execute events, roadshows, trade shows, internal events for ROMA that generate new leads and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Manage pre- and post-show meetings. Establish and maintain annual event calendars, budgets and forecasts. Utilise existing internal event guidelines and tools, while continually reviewing and improving them to streamline event planning and execution.
• Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials and distribute through appropriate channels.
• Conduct site and trade show visits to enhance market/customer insight.

What we are looking for?

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations
• 2-3 years experience as a marketing communications specialist
• Fluency in English and excellent presentation skills
• Proven track record of successful event planning   
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Class B driving licence
• No travel restrictions
