We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as Production Specialist in our EGGER Gebze Plant.

What do we expect from our new team member?

•    Ensuring control of work orders coming from Production Planning Department,
•    Ensuring compliance of the department with the 5S methodology, conducting and reporting weekly 5S audits,
•    Supporting the improvements made by R&D Department and ensuring dissemination in the department,
•    Organizing training activities,
•    Conducting and reporting daily production loss controls,
•    Organizing monthly foreman meetings and preparing meeting documents,
•    Organizing periodical maintenance processes with the Maintenance Department.

What we are looking for?

•    Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Departments (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc),
•    1-2 years of experience in a similar role is an asset,
•    Good command of writing and speaking in English (Interviews conducted in English),
•    Organized, flexible and able to manage several tasks,
•    Good interpersonal skills, ability to work co-operatively.
