Profile Production Chief

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Maintaining order within the assigned department,
• Ensuring that production orders issued by the planning department are executed according to schedule,
• Ensuring the proper use of machinery and equipment in the department,
• Working to minimize production waste,
• Carrying out quality and process improvement activities,
• Conducting initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs,
• Preparing the annual leave schedule for personnel,
• Conducting training for shift supervisors and foremen,
• Performing departmental performance analyses,
• Providing regular reports to senior management,
• Establishing cleaning schedules for the department

What we are looking for?

• High school or university graduate,
• Preferably with experience in similar roles and in a production environment,
• Experienced in team management,
• Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an asset,
• Aptitude for teamwork, with strong analytical and coordination skills,
• Open to learning and professional development.
