Quality Management Specialist / Senior Specialist

We are looking for a new co-worker who will join us as Quality Management Specialist/Senior Specialist in our EGGER Gebze Plant.

What do we expect from our new team member?

• Analyzing export customer complaints and identifying the root cause by using Quality Tools (FMEA, Ishikawa Diagram, A3 Reporting etc.)

• Conducting internal audits within the scope of ISO 9001 audit.

• Leading/participating the projects to analyze and eliminate recurring errors in processes by working with production teams.

• Checks the status of the findings and the effectiveness of the actions.

• Supporting the standardization of processes, instructions and documentation by identifying improvement potentials,

• Supporting EMS platform on SharePoint basis with regard to documentation and continuous optimization of our processes,

• Supporting continuous improvement efforts.

What we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Department of universities,

• Experienced at least 3 years at Quality Management Systems,

• Excellent command of spoken and written English,

• Effective problem identification and solution skills, 

• Analytical thinking, well organized and strong commitment,

• Good communication and team work skills,

• Have no obstacle to travel abroad,

• No military obligation for male candidates.
