Administrative Assistant (Summer Placement)

Our Payroll team at Hexham has an opportunity to work at EGGER for the summer.

Your Tasks

  • Perform all allocated administrative tasks for the department in a timely and accurate manner, whilst adhering to GDPR and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Liaise with internal/external parties when required.
  • Assist with project work when required.
  • Maintain reports, statistics and other written documents.
  • Attend training courses and meetings as necessary as agreed with the Departmental Manager.

Our Requirements

  • Currently studying at Undergraduate level or good standard of education, A Levels or equivalent preferred.
  • Competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be well organised, efficient, good interpersonal skills, with a good telephone manner.
  • High standard of personal integrity and understanding of need for total confidentiality and data protection matters.
