At EGGER, we create more from wood. Our products shape everyday living – from furniture and interior design to building materials and flooring. We are now looking for a Customer Services Assistant to join our busy and supportive team in Hexham.

The Role
As a Customer Services Co-ordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring every enquiry is handled with professionalism and care. You’ll work closely with colleagues across production planning, sales, and logistics with a focus on exceptional service standards to ensure customer orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer enquiries, orders, and complaints with courtesy and professionalism.
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
- Processing sales orders and creating delivery notes using SAP.
- Liaising with production and transport planners to meet delivery requirements.
- Ensuring pricing details are accurate and raising credit notes when required.
- Supporting the wider Customer Services team with administrative duties and process improvements.
- Monitoring payments and assisting with overdue accounts.
- Supporting departmental projects and attending training as needed with a focus on continuous improvement and development.

- You are resilient and adaptable, remaining calm and professional when handling challenges.
- You are comfortable using IT systems, with Microsoft Office skills essential and SAP experience desirable.
