Day to day you will be:
- Support all administrative processes, with a focus on recruitment administration and KPI requirements, including liaising with candidates, scheduling interviews, organising facilities, and ensuring timely communication within E-Recruitment systems.
- Manage digital filing related to new starters, early onboarding processes, interviews, applications, and secure data control in compliance with GDPR principles.
- Support the Recruiting & Employer Branding Senior Specialist in enhancing EGGER’s employer brand by creating engaging social media content, monitoring online presence, and contributing to campaigns that attract and retain top talent.
- Handle general and specific queries while developing effective working relationships with both internal and external parties.
- Undertake developmental and project work as assigned by the Head of Human Resources.
- Assist other associated functions, such as Payroll.
We will need you to:
- Have successfully completed the first two years of a degree course in Business or Human Resources (you must be a current undergraduate!).
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, efficiency, and a personable, confident phone manner.
- Understand the basic principles of data protection and confidentiality.
