You’ll be the friendly voice on the phone, the detective behind the research, and the organised mind keeping our CRM system in tip‑top shape...all while helping our sales teams create real impact.

What you’ll be doing (and loving!):

 

  • Hunting down potential leads from our target markets and spotting exciting new opportunities.
  • Using websites, social media, phone calls and emails to qualify warm prospects.
  • Reaching out to customers and gathering the key info our sales teams need to shine.
  • Turning leads into genuine sales prospects and contributing directly to our success.
  • Playing a key role in achieving team goals around customer satisfaction and conversion.
  • Supporting marketing and sales to make sure we’re all heading in the same direction.
  • Keeping customer data accurate, compliant and up-to-date.
  • Handling both outbound contacts and incoming enquiries with a friendly, confident manner.
  • Attending customer events to boost your market knowledge and fly the EGGER flag.
  • Keeping quality and safety at the heart of everything you do.

 

What you’ll bring to the team:

 

  • Experience in a sales or service-focused role...perfect, but not essential.
  • Strong IT skills, including solid use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisation, efficiency and attention to detail.
  • A confident, personable telephone manner.
  • A strong customer service ethic and a passion for helping people.
