Your Tasks

  • Manage incoming enquiries from indirect customers via phone, mail and live chat, obtaining and updating customer and project information.
  • Qualifying leads for further contact with sales teams based on company and project information obtained.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align topics with current marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Process sample orders from customers and internal colleagues according to service level agreements and customer quotas.
  • Achieve team targets surrounding customer satisfaction and service level agreements.
  • Document and log all activity and data according to CRM system processes.
  • Deputise and support for the sales function within the team.

Our Requirements

  • Good standard of education.
  • Related work experience in service and administration role.
  • Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be well organised, efficient, personable, have a good, confident telephone manner and a strong customer service ethic.
