Your Tasks

  • Lead the team to achieve agreed targets, driving sales leads into the business, and coach and mentor the team to achieve high service levels through efficient processes and service standards.
  • Make outgoing calls to indirect customers in specified target areas to advise of EGGER services, offer support, gain knowledge of customers and projects, and qualify projects for the specification team, passing on viable leads.
  • Develop and maintain efficient and digitalised processes for the team, ensuring high customer satisfaction through customer-focused process and service design.
  • Utilise activity data to provide market intelligence, working closely with internal teams to drive sales and improvements in our business.
  • Join sales and marketing meetings to share insight and align strategy across teams, and attend customer events to enhance market and customer knowledge while promoting EGGER services.

Our Requirements

  • Good standard of education. 
  • Related work experience in service / sales and people management.
  • Intermediate standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be well organised, efficient, personable, have a good, confident telephone manner and a strong customer service ethic.
