Join us for a 12-month internship, gaining hands-on experience in Production Planning, Warehousing, and Transport operations. Contribute to process improvement initiatives, engage in logistics projects, and support the strategic goals of our dynamic Logistics department.

Your Tasks
- Procurement Support: Contribute to supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement. Evaluate supplier performance and nurture relationships.
- Logistics Coordination: Manage inbound and outbound logistics, schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve transportation issues.
- Warehouse Operations: Engage in receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Optimize warehouse layout and processes for enhanced efficiency.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze logistics data, identify trends, and prepare reports for management review.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage stock levels, conduct regular audits, and implement strategies to optimize inventory.
- Process Improvement Projects: Lead or assist in projects to enhance logistics processes, implement new technologies, and streamline workflows.
- Customer Service: Address complaints, ensuring timely and accurate responses to enhance satisfaction.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all logistics activities comply with regulations and maintain accurate documentation.
- Sustainability Initiatives: Participate in projects aimed at reducing the environmental impact of logistics operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with production, sales, and finance departments to support seamless logistics operations.
Our Requirements
- Completed a minimum of 2 years in a Degree or diploma in Logistics, Engineering or Business.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem solving skills
- Pro-active and self motivated.
- High level of IT skills, particularly data preparation and analysis (MS Office 365, Teams and Excel preferred)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Confident and enthusiastic.
- Knowledge of logistics software (e.g., SAP) is a plus!
