Process Operator Lamination (Shift)

Your Tasks

 

  • Ensure that the work place, equipment, vehicles and machinery are maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
  • Complete shift reports detailing production, downtime, to include any specific data required relevant to shift. Liaise with the Shift Supervisor and Day Support with regard to the operations of the shift.
  • Observe and comply with all safety precautions as detailed in the Health and Safety procedures and to ensure that safety equipment is in good order and used at all times.
  • Ensure that the operation and related tasks are conducted in a safe working manner and that any incidents/ accidents and hazards are duly reported.
  • Liaise with the shift supervisor and relevant engineering department as to the condition of the production equipment or problems.
  • Provide support for holiday, sickness, training and maintenance cover.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships and communicate clearly with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Good awareness of health and safety practices, with a proactive approach to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality are consistently met.
  • Team oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively and contribute to shared goals.
  • Performance driven, with a focus on reliability, meeting deadlines, and achieving production targets.
  • Basic IT proficiency preferred, including familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willingness and ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including both days and nights.
