Process Operator T&G

Your Tasks
- Operate as a member of a team on the T&G line.
- Ensure that the work place, equipment, vehicles and machinery are maintained in a clean and tidy condition.
- Undertake a comprehensive training programme to be able to run every aspect of the T&G line (e.g. line operation, banding, packing).
- To attend any further training courses as required.
- Complete shift reports detailing production and any information as required.
- Observe and comply with all safety precautions as detailed in the Health and Safety procedures and ensure that safety equipment is in good order and used at all times.
- Ensure that the operation and related tasks are conducted in a safe working manner and that any incidents/ accidents and hazards are duly reported.
- Observe and comply with the Company Quality Systems as detailed in the Quality Manual.
- Liaise with the Production Manager Cutting and Profiling with regard to the condition of the T&G equipment or production problems.
- When required, provide support for holiday/ sickness/ training/ maintenance cover, to help maximise production output and efficiency.
Our Requirements
- Fork Lift Truck Licence
- Basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel and Outlook).
