The apprenticeship programme will start in summer 2026!
Your Tasks
- You will work towards a Level 2 in Lean Manufacturing Operations, spending your time on site supported by external training providers.
- During this time, you will shadow experienced Production Operators in both Rawboard and Upgrading areas, whilst helping to achieve optimum plant utilisation and efficiency.
- You will also be required to work on a range of projects across the site and prepare short presentations on your progress.
Our Requirements
For all our apprenticeships, we are looking for self-motivated learners with excellent interpersonal skills as you will be working with a range of departments. You will also need the following:
- Good Standard of secondary education with GCSEs Level 4 or above in Maths and English.
- Basic standard of IT skills and competent use of Microsoft Products (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
