What You’ll Do
- Work collaboratively to plan production lines that support efficient operations and meet customer needs.
- Coordinate production capacity planning for assigned lines.
- Help manage warehouse stock levels, keeping costs efficient and monitoring key stock thresholds.
- Support the timely ordering of materials by working closely with sales teams and suppliers.
- Source non-manufactured materials to meet both production and customer requirements, following order and receipt processes.
- Keep production-related data up to date, including bills of materials (BOM), routing, material records, and purchasing info.
- Support accurate and timely control of production data.
- Play an active role in achieving departmental goals and performance targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in production planning, especially in a manufacturing environment, is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Well-organised with the ability to manage time and tasks effectively.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
