Your Tasks
- Complete a 12 month placement within the Project Engineering department, providing departmental administrative tasks and operational support.
- Undertake specific projects as allocated by the Project Engineer and Plant Director and make improvement recommendations where appropriate. This may also involve assisting other departments.
- Perform all allocated tasks for the department in a timely and accurate manner.
- Liaise with internal and external parties when required.
- Operate in an efficient and safe manner and also in compliance with any specified risk assessments and method statements.
- Assist and support with project work as required.
- Maintain / create reports, technical specifications, statistics and other written documents.
Our Requirements
- Must have successfully completed two years of an appropriate engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
- Competent use of Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be well organised, efficient and have good communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are important.
