At EGGER, we’re passionate about innovation, quality, and customer success. As part of our EGGER Flooring Products team, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to take ownership of our distribution and retail accounts across the Midlands, Wales, and East Anglia.

Your Challenge
As Regional Account Manager, you will play a key role in growing and supporting our laminate flooring sales within the defined region. You will:
- Develop and manage new distribution accounts (retailers and contractors), while maintaining and growing existing partnerships.
- Drive sales growth with independent supply accounts (DIY & DIS) and ensure strong ongoing relationships.
- Manage senior-level customer relationships, including budget planning and account reviews.
- Deliver product training, merchandising support, and marketing materials to distributors and retail partners.
- Monitor and manage sales support budgets aligned to your territory.
- Track leads, monitor market trends, and report on progress using our CRM system.
- Represent EGGER at key trade events, seminars, and customer meetings.
- Collaborate with internal departments including Technical, Quality, Customer Services and Marketing to support the customer journey and product offering.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and in line with our ISO procedures.
- Support product launches and promotional initiatives to ensure strong market positioning.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date database of customer and competitor insights.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in field sales, account management or business development, ideally within the building products or flooring industry.
- A strong commercial mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Confident presenting to and building relationships with a range of stakeholders.
- Highly organised with effective planning and CRM/reporting capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the Midlands, Wales, and East Anglia region.
