Sales Support Advisor (Part Time)

What you’ll be doing:

• Playing a key role in achieving team goals around growth opportunities, customer satisfaction, and service quality.
• Using websites, social media, calls and email to qualify warm prospects.
• Reaching out to customers, gathering the key info our sales teams need to shine.
• Supporting marketing and sales to make sure we’re all heading in the same direction.
• Handling incoming enquiries and making outbound contacts with a friendly, confident manner.
• Occasionally attending customer events to boost your market knowledge and fly the EGGER flag.
• Keeping customer data secure, compliant and up to date.
• Keeping quality and safety at the heart of everything you do.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• • Experience in a sales or service-focused role.
  • A strong customer service ethic, a passion for helping people, and a desire to win together.
  • A confident, personable, and engaging telephone manner.
  • Excellent organisation, efficiency and attention to detail.
  • Strong IT skills, including solid use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Experience with using Salesforce CRM applications is helpful but not essential.
  • Able to work 15 hrs per week.
