We are now looking for a Warehouse Operator to join our dynamic Warehouse team.

Shift Pattern DD5 (06:00 - 14:00hrs and 14:00 - 22:00hrs, Monday to Friday). £15.01 per hour
The Role
As a Warehouse Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient handling of goods, maintaining high standards of quality and organisation across our warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as part of the Warehouse team to meet operational targets
- Safely load and unload vehicles in an efficient manner
- Check loads against documentation to ensure accuracy and quality (no damage, correctly packed boards)
- Accurately receive, store, and organise board packs in line with procedures
- Participate in stock counts and stock validation activities
- Maintain company property and equipment with care and attention
- Keep stock areas clean, tidy, and well organised
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures, ensuring proper use of safety equipment at all times
- Work safely and report hazards, incidents, or accidents promptly
- Comply with Company Quality Systems and standards
- Attend relevant training courses to support development in the role
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating forklift trucks, mobile plant, or HGV vehicles (preferred)
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High levels of integrity and professional standards
- Good communication skills
- Strong awareness of health & safety practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Good time management and organisational skills
