Site Administrator

Please note that we have opened the role for applications however interviews will be arranged after the Christmas holidays (in January 2025).

 

Your Tasks
 

  • Perform an administrative function to the Timberpak business including dealing with incoming calls and face to face contact with external deliveries.
  • Deal with customer requests for bin exchanges, booking the work onto the system and scheduling this work for the collection vehicles.
  • Carry out the functions associated with the operation of a weighbridge using SAP (training will be provided).
  • Supplying purchasing and goods receipts as required.
     

Our Requirements
 

  • Relevant experience in a similar role would be preferred but not essential.
  • Previous use of Microsoft products would be an advantage however training could be provided.
  • Good standard of secondary education.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Well organised, efficient, personable and have a good, confident telephone manner.
  • Able to work 08:30 – 16:30hrs, Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) and on occasion be able to cover for holidays and sickness.
