Customer Service Representative

Reporting to the Internal Sales Manager, the role of Customer Service Representative will interact with customers on a daily basis. Doing so, while ensuring delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments and sales representatives to resolve inquires.

Responsibilities

  •  Remain as first point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, availability, accounting and work on professional manner with using the prescribed procedures.

  •  Build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.

  •  Work together with sales representative to strengthen the relationship of our customers.

  •  Perform order management in SAP system, based on customer needs, internal rules and customer budget.

  •  Perform customer credit management (credit line monitoring, credit line increase requests etc.)

  •  Collect payments and clarify payment differences, together with the customer accounting department.

  •  Perform customer general and product complaint management.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years customer account management.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Computer skills including MS Office Suite applications.

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment, multitasking while keeping focus on the customer.

  • Familiarity with all of the goods and services offered by the company.

  • SAP experience preferred.
