Reporting to the Head of Marketing for North America as the Graphic Designer, you will oversee the development of creative assets to tell the story of our company and products across a variety of channels. You’ll work alongside internal and external partners to advance the EGGER brand in the market. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Premiere Pro. Knowledge of Adobe After Effects is preferred.

JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.
- Create and edit visual materials while adhering to graphic design principles using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator on a daily basis.
- Produce a variety of content, including routine-to-complex graphics, publication design and layout, brochures, presentations, sales collateral, forms, illustrations, posters, photography, videos and other projects, as needed.
- Edit and retouch photos, as well as create and refine video content for marketing, social media, and employee communications purposes.
- Design high-quality, engaging graphics for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) that align with the brand’s voice and messaging.
- Maintain a strong visual identity across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency in design and messaging across digital, print, and other media.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions, offering innovative ideas and concepts to elevate brand presence across all channels.
- Oversee multiple design projects from concept to completion, managing timelines, priorities and feedback in an organized and efficient manner.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with departmental partners, customers and other stakeholders.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure designs are aligned with project goals, timelines and brand strategy.
- Prepare artwork for production, including prepress setup for print materials, as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE
- Proactive and independent designer, able to take initiative and manage workload effectively.
- Experience creating animated graphics or video content (GIFs, motion graphics, etc.) to enhance visual storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in design software including Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro).
- Strong eye for design aesthetics, balancing creativity and functionality.
- Ability to pivot quickly and respond to fast-paced changes in a growing company and fast-evolving industry.
- Ability to approach design challenges with creative solutions that align with brand goals and user needs.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to take direction, provide constructive feedback, and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE
- Proven experience as a graphic designer.
- Expertise in using full range of Adobe Creative Suite programs.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Solid understanding of project management principles.
- Experience working with MS Office and MS operating systems.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
- Outstanding organizational and planning abilities.
- Proficient command of English.
- BA or BFA in Graphic Design or related field.
- Compensatory closely related work experience required in lieu of degree.
- Portfolio is required to be considered for this role in the form of website, PDFs or other digital samples.

SCHEDULE DEMANDS
- General schedule is an 8-hour M-F assignment, however, employee must be willing to work alternate schedules occasionally; that may include early mornings, nights, and/or weekends and be punctual while doing so.
- Occasional overnight travel to include flying, driving, riding or by rail.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Sitting or standing for extended periods of time up to 8-hours.
- Occasional Lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Reading computer screen or other electronic devices.
- Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment.
