Human Resources Generalist
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the human resources (HR) generalist supports the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm, onsite at Lexington Facility.
Responsibilities
- Respond to human resources-related inquiries.
- Supporting payroll with tasks as needed.
- Assist with new employee on-boarding and orientation.
- Maintain employee personnel records.
- Maintain federal and state compliance, e.g. by filing I-9’s, New Hire Reporting, etc.
- Supporting HRBP with filing of employee documentation, e.g. disciplinaries, warnings, etc.
- Supporting recruiting with daily administrative tasks.
- Any other tasks as required.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years human resources experience preferred, but not essential.
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
- Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field.
- Understanding of state and federal employment regulations.
- Understanding of personnel and compliance records management.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
