Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured training program that includes both classroom instruction and on-the-job training.
  • Learn and apply fundamental principles of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as operational procedures.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals to gain practical experience and develop your technical skills
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for oneself and others while ensuring safety equipment is in good working order and used at all times.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to yourself and your professional growth.
  • Complete assigned coursework and training modules, keeping them up-to-date and on schedule to meet deadlines, to enhance knowledge and proficiency in your chosen field.
  • Collaborate with highly trained apprentice trainers to set and achieve your learning and performance goals.

 

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in mechanical, electrical, or production operator fields.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from mentors and supervisors.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to workplace regulations and guidelines.
