As we continue to invest in the future, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our Mechanical, Electrical, and Operator Apprenticeship Program. The program is designed to provide hands-on training and mentorship in mechanical, electrical, and production operator roles. The program aims to equip participants with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their chosen field, while contributing to the success of EGGER.

We offer the following:

  • Paid 4-year apprenticeship program in mechanical and electrical trades.
  • Paid 3-year apprenticeship program in the production operator trade.
  • Paid degree, no college debt, full company benefits package.
  • Eligibility for full-time employment following graduation and completion of the program.

This program requires dedication and commitment. 



  • Participate in a structured training program that includes both classroom instruction and on-the-job training.
  • Learn and apply fundamental principles of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as operational procedures.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals to gain practical experience and develop your technical skills
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment for oneself and others while ensuring safety equipment is in good working order and used at all times.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to yourself and your professional growth.
  • Complete assigned coursework and training modules, keeping them up-to-date and on schedule to meet deadlines, to enhance knowledge and proficiency in your chosen field.
  • Collaborate with highly trained apprentice trainers to set and achieve your learning and performance goals.



  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong interest in pursuing a career in mechanical, electrical, or production operator fields.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions from mentors and supervisors.
  • Commitment to safety and adherence to workplace regulations and guidelines.
