JOB FUNCTIONS: Job functions include but are not limited to the following.
- Operate and monitor high automated machinery involved in the production of particleboards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize production workflow and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during the production process
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure particleboards meet specified standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the production area
- Follow all Safety Rules and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and team skills.
- Good working knowledge of Computer based applications
- Machinery operation
- Experience with tools and machinery
- Demonstrate ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Work efficiently and manage time effectively
EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE:
- Minimum high school diploma, additional education a plus

SCHEDULE DEMANDS:
- Schedule: 12 hours rotating swing shift
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds
- Reading computer screen or other electronic devices
- Use of various office hand and electrical tools or equipment
- Working in varying temperatures
- Physical agility
