Saturation Machine Operator
As a Saturation Machine Operator you will be responsible for ensuring the saturation process with the paper is executed properly with machinery by accurately following certain specifications for the saturation process, and examining saturated paper for defects.
Starting Wage: $17.85hour with an additional $3 shift differential.
Schedule: 12 hour rotating swing shift, two weeks days 7am-7pm, two weeks nights 7pm-7am.

Responsibilities
- Operation of line such as cross cutter, sorting table and transport conveyors.
- Permanent quality checks (surface).
- Checks of paper measures (length, width).
- Reports to shift supervisor or machine operator.
- Providing samples for QM/Laboratory.
- Assistance at maintenance and cleaning tasks.
- Commissioning, packaging and loading paper pallets into high bay vie EWM system.
- Removal of scrap material with forklift.
- Permanent inspection, maintenance and cleaning of working environment.
- Troubleshooting on line.
- Labelling of packages.
- Supply of coverboards and stripes.
- Execution of transport tasks in the whole IMP-area.
- Maintain and observe the safety regulations.
- Maintain and observe the 5-S system.
Qualifications

- Ability to handle stressful situations in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer navigation skills.
