Customer Service Center Specialist

Reporting to the Sales Manager NAM (North American Market), the role of the Customer Service Center Specialist will be to interact with customers in person, and colleagues from different internal departments. This position will ensure various tasks and responsibilities in Customer Service, Service Center, Design Center, Marketing and Project Management are completed on time and within budget, and will coordinate with other departments, when necessary, to resolve inquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Present themselves in a professional and personable manner, that is in line with the company values when interacting with all visitors and customers in our Design Center. This  includes a warm and friendly welcome.

  • Coordinate and manage all tasks associated with the day-to-day operations of the Design Center. This includes preparing rooms for meetings, ordering and setting up lunch and refreshments, purchasing beverages and snacks, serving coffee to guests, maintaining a clean kitchen, etc.

  • Organize customer visits to the manufacturing plant. This includes scheduling plant and design center tours, maintaining and monitoring the vistors’ calendar, getting WIFI login and passwords, etc.

  • Place and track sample orders in our System to support our customers and sales team.

  • Assist with the general marketing needs. This includes ordering and mailing marketing sample binders, and décor samples as needed.

  • Input users in the myEGGER Customer Portal in relations to sales rep support, system hygiene, contract management, training of customer services and sales, etc.

  • Perform Service Center tasks.

  • Be the first point of contact for external calls and emails to help with overall questions regarding the website, marketing sample tools, subject-matter experts, etc.

  • Build and maintain business relationship with external contacts (vendors and customers) by providing prompt and accourate service.

  • Assist Sales Manager NAM (North American Market) with project management, organization, special requests, etc.

  • Schedule conference calls as needed.

 

Qualifications

  • High School Dipolma.
  • 3+ years customer service experience.
  • Organization and project management experience.
  • Engineered Wood Manufacturing experience helpful.
