Key Account Manager - MDF Moldings

Egger Wood Products is looking for an outside sales representative to be responsible for promoting EGGER millwork products and selling through a network of distributors across North America.  Your mission will be to promote the EGGER brand by developing outstanding relationships with molding and building material distributors across the country.  You will be tasked with growing, communicating and facilitating all aspects of the sales process with existing customers and developing new accounts to increase sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with molding and millwork distributors in across the country.
• Identify and visit potential new distributors to grow the business.
• Manage inquiries for product information, samples and product quotes.
• Resolve customer concerns and regularly inform customers of their sales cycle and order status. 
• Collaborate with sales management, customer service and manufacturing teams to fulfil the sales strategy within your territory.
• Track appointments, maintain and keep current detailed customer contact information and other sales information in CRM.
• Attend and/or exhibiting at trade shows or similar events.
• Complete administrative duties in a timely manner as required.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in the millwork and/or building materials industry.  
• Experience working directly with offshore manufacturing plants and familiar with incoterms and import processes.
• Outstanding organization and relationship building skills.
• Ability to self-manage and motivate; an objectives-driven, detail-oriented approach.
• Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
• High ethical standards and values.
• Computer literacy, including experience MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• A valid US driver's license.
• A US Passport.
• Preferred: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
