Maintenance Planner - Electrical

To assist with developing the SAP PM and COMOS systems and support the SAP PM Key user.

Responsibilities

• To assist with the management of the SAP (PM modules), COMOS systems support of and to refer all queries in these areas to the relevant advisors.

• To maintain/improve the COMOS system and oversee the transfer of information to SAP PM which is carried out by Group.

• To work with the Electrical Engineering Supervisor to create work plans and manage the planning/spare part requirements for your area of responsibility.

• To assist with improving the data within SAP PM and ensuring that the information within the system is accurate and of the correct quality.

• To provide reports and statistics on any of the data contained within the PM modules as required by the Engineering Manager.

• To liaise with the engineering department and the engineering stores personnel to ensure the information available to the engineers is accurate.

Qualifications

• IT advanced knowledge.

• Experience in a job related role.

• Must be well organized and efficient.

• High school diploma.

• Working knowledge of SAP PM
