Marketing Specialist
The Marketing Specialist position is responsible for supporting the development and execution of corporate marketing initiatives for the North American Market. This position will report to the Sales Promotion Manager and will support all marketing efforts, including integrated marketing campaigns across all elements of the marketing mix, updating and maintaining our Design Center, and one-off marketing events.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the execution of all Distributor & OEM marketing campaigns in a B2B environment. This includes working with a cross-function team and external agencies and resources to develop marketing assets like brochures, videos, press materials, digital ads, website landing pages, etc.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with the sales teams and work quickly to help them meet their needs and achieve their goals.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with our customers (distributors and industry) and work quickly to help them resolve their marketing and sample needs and requests.
- Coordinate and manage the execution of all marketing tasks in the Design Center, which showcases the company’s product collection. Responsibilities include: making sure displays are in pristine condition (clean, organized, correctly labeled, etc.), managing and coordinating events, meetings, and product changes and updates.
- Assist with the execution of all marketing related events, including industry trade shows, sales conferences and other company sponsored events.
- Work cross-functionally with departments in Austria and in North America to coordinate various tasks to achieve marketing goals and KPIs.
- Coordinate and input customer data into the SAP CRM database system for outbound communications and email marketing.
- Assist with the development of marketing and plant related signage/creative and work with 3rd party vendors for production.
- Assist with secondary or primary industry research, as needed.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule conference calls as needed.
- Assist with and perform day-to-day administrative, including departmental expenses, and business tasks to meet departmental goals and objectives.
- Work closely with other heads of departments and external agencies on company projects.
- Ensure brand standards and guidelines are adhered to at all times in all marketing activities across the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing communications experience.
- Previous experience in marketing for a like organization would be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Presentation skills are also essential.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, both international and domestically, up to 15%.
