Technical Production Supervisor
The goal of the Technical Production Supervisor position is organization of shift, team leading, team training, responsibility for safety, equipment, cleanliness, quality, and quantity.

Schedule: Swing shift, 12 hours rotating, 7am-7pm & 7pm-7am
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for crane warehouse, cut to size saws, packlines and schelling saws.
- Employee management – Team leader of shift with staff responsibility.
- Daily checks of technical condition and cleanliness of lines and environment. Report of any deviation to management/ Initiate action (electricians, mechanics, personnel, etc.)
- Shift management – Check of PTO requests, staff scheduling, staff organization.
- Communication – Forwarding relevant information to employees.
- Support trouble shooting at problems in any way (line, material, etc.) Decision-maker.
- First contact person for other departments regarding internal claims, especially at night or over the weekend.
- Maintaining systems (SAP, ERP).
- Optimization at machines for best possible quality and quantity.
- Full shift hand over and maintaining the supervisor protocol.
- Motivation and development of employees.
- Schedule employees and monitor on maintenance days.
- Check of claimed material/ Check of produced material.
- Processing of claims (data, mention details in shift).
- Implementation and execution of orders of production management.
- Conscientious execution of trials and documentation of parameters.
- Training of shift at safety, quality, specific tasks.
- Documentation of misbehaviour of employees.
- Responsible for a safe environment.
- Development and realization of 5 S.
Qualifications
- Education:
- High School diploma with 5+ years experience.
- Associates Degree with 3-5 years experience.
- Bachelors Degree with 1-3 years experience.
- Working knowledge of production practices and processes.
- Work efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Great attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- High ability to manage stressful situations in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong computer navigation skills.
- Preferred experience with SAP and ERP.
- Line optimization and knowledge sharing.
