This is a 12-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover), ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys engaging with people.
What You’ll Do
- Provide outstanding customer service to showroom visitors, offering expert advice on our product portfolio.
- Manage stock in the sample room and process sample orders efficiently.
- Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Support sales targets set by the National Sales Manager, promoting products and identifying new opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive upselling and cross-selling of partner brands.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments.
- Follow up on sample leads to generate further business opportunities.
- Assist with organising showroom events, including product launches and client presentations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service, administration, or sales support.
- A genuine passion for interior design and awareness of current trends.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative mindset.
- Basic sales skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Flexibility to attend occasional evening events.
