 Requirements:

• Completed technical education
• Relevant professional experience in fleet management, automotive, leasing, procurement, logistics, maintenance or technical operations.
• Structured, reliable and solution-oriented working style
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into practical recommendations
• Confident communication with international stakeholders and external partners
• Good knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is an advantage
• Fluent English language
• Willingness to travel internationally when required

 Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of the company's vehicle fleet, including passenger cars, commercial vehicles, trucks, and material handling equipment
• Coordinate leasing partners, manufacturers, dealers and service providers across multiple countries
• Ensure compliance with fleet policies, tax requirements and local regulations, while supporting insurance, claims and damage management.
•  Support supplier selection, contract administration and ongoing partner relationship management.
• Ensure accurate invoice processing, fleet documentation, reporting and reliable master data maintenance in SAP and other relevant systems.
• Prepare analyses, management reports, decision papers and presentations to support business decisions.
