Junior Finance Controller

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-2 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Audit, or similar areas
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good Microsoft Excel skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience is an advantage)
• Good command of English
• Ability to work independently while maintaining strong teamwork and communication skills

Responsabilities:

• Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and management presentations.
• Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior year performance and provide meaningful explanations
• Assist in the budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Monitor costs, revenues, and key financial indicators.
• Support the preparation of business cases and profitability analyses.
• Collaborate with operational departments to gather and analyze financial information.
• Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal financial procedures.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the Finance department.
