Your missions
- Lead the HR Department (11 people in total) : 1 Administration and payroll manager, HR development manager and 1 HR Manager in Rambervillers plant ;
- Prepare and lead meetings with employee representative bodies and works councils, ensuring consistency across sites ;
- Manage recruitment processes and promote EGGER as an attractive employer in the relevant market ;
- Develop HR policies and programs for apprenticeships, internships, and training aligned with factory needs ;
- Provide leadership programs and initiatives that foster employee development and wellbeing ;
- Oversee payroll, compensation, and benefits, and ensure compliance with legal requirements ;
- Monitor legal developments and drive continuous improvement of HR efficiency and costs ;
- Actively participate in international HR projects and share best practices across the organization.
Your profile
- Degree in Human Resources with at least 10 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in industry ;
- Passion for HR and willingness to take on an operational leadership role within the organization ;
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities and a collaborative mindset to build trust across all levels ;
- Ability to inspire and develop teams toward shared goals ;
- Fluent in English; Spanish is a plus ;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with HR digital platforms.
